• Scope:

  Create a training video that shows the process of a percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy.

• Deliverable:

  Video captured at Orlando Regional Medical Center using two Sony EX HD cameras on the SXS medium. Post-production included editing in Final Cut Pro; opening graphics created in Adobe After Effects; and audio mixed and mastered on Avid ProTools. Video delivered on Flash Interactive Media Server and DVD.

• Scope:

  Develop and deploy an application to track necessary data regarding distribution of college-wide video-on-demand and live streaming. Data to include total capacity of both connections and bandwidth as well as access locations. All data to be displayed through graphical web page.

• Deliverable:

  Created application using PHP and MySQL to capture and convert server log files into MySQL database tables. Display page queries pertinent data and displays graphical representations using algorithms and flash chart API.

• Technology:

  fmsloganalyzer, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Windows Server 2003, Active Directory and Adobe’s Flash Interactive Server.

• Scope:

  Provide access to video-on-demand streams to all users of multiple mobile devices.

• Deliverable:

  Used a combination of JavaScript and HTML5 to capture user browser information and display video for the appropriate device. Android, Blackberry and IOS mobile devices are included.

• Technology:

  JavaScript, HTML5, Windows Server 2003, and Adobe’s Flash Interactive Server.

• Scope:

  Need for multiple video players with custom sizes and features. Four standard sizes needed, and feature requests include no autoplay and single frame display. Players must access VOD content within Flash Interactive Media Server. Must be able to be edited by other web developers.

• Deliverable:

  Developed four custom video players with no autoplay and single frame video preview. Video and preview images display dynamically using URL variables. Direct access to Flash Interactive Media Server directories for appropriate videos.

• Scope:

  Minimize link creation for videos stored in Flash Interactive Media Server. Provide simple search and preview of specific course videos stored in FMS.

• Deliverable:

  Developed PHP web page which scans server content and displays URL links for videos. Page includes select drop down menus for choosing discipline name and course number. Video links grouped by video type. JavaScript rollover provided for quick previews.

  Template implementation, design and customization on previously purchased template. Implementation involves assisting site owner and administrator.

  Improve video streaming capabilities that reaches the most users across multiple computer platforms.

• Deliverable:

  Developed and deployed Flash Interactive Media Server using server-side scripting for both live streaming and video-on-demand. Created video player with basic features: play, pause, fullscreen, volume control and mute. Player accesses videos based on variables passed through URL. Player includes a dynamic resizing feature that maintains video size integrity using mathematical algorithm to maintain aspect ratio. Design includes unobtrusive branding logo for specific departments.

• Scope:

  Need for streaming church services and events live online, and on demand.

• Deliverable:

  Consulted with IT on increasing bandwidth capacity and improving server hardware. Deployed Flash Video Streaming Server in remote location and installed client-side streaming technology at venue. Created custom video player with features for both live broadcast and archived video-on-demand. Trained IT team to support after delivery.
